Area of Practice
Dominic began his legal career with a focus on criminal law. He has acted as defence counsel in various criminal trials in the Subordinate Courts and has argued criminal appeals in the High Court.
As a real estate and conveyancing lawyer, his experience covers both retail conveyancing (acting for clients in their purchase from housing developers, sub-sale of uncompleted properties, purchase of completed properties, purchase of HDB flats) and corporate real estate (acting for companies in relation to the sale & purchase of their properties and acting in the financing of such transactions for the borrowers and banks).
He has acted for developers in en-bloc purchase transactions from the collective sale agreement stage to the completion of the purchase. He also has experience in reviewing and drafting tenancy agreements.
He has been a tutor in Real Estate Practice for the preparatory course leading to the Singapore Bar Examinations.

Michelle trained at Attorneys Inc. LLC from January 2022 to July 2022 and joined as an Associate after gaining admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in September 2022. She has been involved in a wide range of general corporate and commercial matters including drafting and reviewing shareholder agreements, employee share plans, joint venture agreements, franchise agreements, and assisting companies in undertaking corporate restructuring and capital raising projects. Aside from working closely with private companies, she has also advised and assisted individuals with drafting bespoke Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and obtaining Grants of Representation.
